FRS-004:  Salt, Sugar, Fat: The role of the food industry in the obesity epidemic. This Freshman Seminar uses New York Times reporter Michael Moss' book to examine the contribution of the food industry's research and product development to the U.S. obesity crisis
SPH-223:  Obesity Prevention in Community Settings. This graduate-level course critically reviews the evidence and recommendations to support obesity prevention strategies in schools, clinics, worksites and communities
